Hatha Yoga classes will consist of a variety of seated and standing poses and mini flows to strengthen and lengthen the muscular body.

Carrie Brown is a Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher with over 20 years combined experience. Carrie works with clients of all levels and prides herself in offering modifications so clients can move regardless of their injuries or ailments in their bodies. Carrie incorporates her yoga background into her routines along with a variety of intensity options in order to keep the body as pain free as possible. She thrives on her clients’ successes and their passion for change and looks forward to helping new clients find their love for fitness.
